Our story
Proinvestos Ltd was incorporated in 2024 and trades as Vestos Property. We are building a UK property investment platform that sources, structures and operates deals with transparency, disciplined underwriting and strong investor protections.
We are currently packaging our first pipeline of opportunities and inviting self-certified High Net Worth, Sophisticated and Restricted investors to review them once our compliance framework is fully in place.
How we will work
- Underwrite hard. Every deal will be stress-tested for void, refurb overrun and rate shocks before release.
- Communicate often. Investors will receive regular updates with photos, numbers and the honest version.
- Operate properly. Refurbs, lettings and SA operations will be managed through vetted contractors and, where required, licensed operators.
- Align incentives. We intend to co-invest in deals alongside our investors wherever the structure allows.
Our group structure
Vestos Property is the investment arm of Proinvestos Ltd (company number 15659553), sourcing and structuring property investment opportunities for vetted private investors.
TP Property Services is a trade name of Toooc Property Management Limited, providing property marketing, viewings, inspections and floor plans to UK landlords, agents and homeowners. The two brands share operational expertise but are separate legal entities.
