Proinvestos Ltd (trading as Vestos Property) is a newly launched business. Rather than publish invented figures, this page will grow with every deal we complete — with real numbers, real timings and honest post-mortems.
Where we are today
- • Sourced pipeline being packaged for investor release (HMO, BRRR, SA and flip strategies).
- • AML procedures in place under MLR 2017; client funds handled via a regulated solicitor's client account.
- • Not FCA authorised. Financial promotions are restricted to certified High Net Worth and Sophisticated Investors under FSMA s21 exemptions.
What we will publish for every completed deal
- • Purchase price, refurb spend and end value with comparables.
- • Actual timeline vs. projected — including delays and what caused them.
- • Realised return, distributions paid and any capital write-downs.
- • A written lessons-learned note reviewed before the next raise.
We do not display simulated, illustrative or projected returns as historical performance. Past performance, once available, will not be a reliable indicator of future returns. Register as an investor to be notified when the first deals go live.
