Basis of communication
Proinvestos Ltd (trading as Vestos Property) is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and does not have permission to approve its own financial promotions. Investment content on this site is therefore either:
- directed only at persons who have self-certified as a High Net Worth Individual, Sophisticated Investor or Restricted Investor under the Financial Promotion Order 2005; or
- where required, will be approved by an FCA-authorised firm with the permission to approve financial promotions before it is issued.
Section 21 approver
Where a promotion is approved by an FCA-authorised approver, the name of the approver, its FCA firm reference number and the date of approval will be shown on the relevant deal page. Until an approver is appointed, the deal detail pages are gated behind self-certification and no direct invitation to invest is made to persons outside the exemptions above.
