Proinvestos Ltd (trading as Vestos Property) ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB952379.

What we collect

Investor onboarding: name, email, phone, date of birth, nationality, address, ID document type and reference, investor classification, source of funds, investment preferences, PEP status.
Property owners / landlords: name, contact details, ownership type, property address, tenure, condition, occupancy status, price/rent expectations.
Sourcing requests: name, contact details, budget, preferred locations, target returns.
Contact form: name, email, message.
Technical: IP address, device, pages visited, cookies (see Cookie policy).

Why we process it (lawful bases)

Legal obligation — CDD/EDD checks required by MLR 2017.
Contract — to progress your inquiry and, where you become a client, to perform the contract.
Legitimate interests — running our business, fraud prevention, direct marketing to existing contacts (you can opt out at any time).
Consent — non-essential cookies and marketing to new prospects.

Who we share it with

Regulated solicitors handling client money and conveyancing.
Identity verification and screening providers.
Accountants, auditors, insurers and professional advisors.
Hosting and infrastructure providers under a data processing agreement.
HMRC, the FCA, the ICO, the NCA and law enforcement where legally required.

How long we keep it

KYC records: minimum 5 years after the end of the relationship (MLR 2017). Financial records: 6 years. Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@vestosproperty.co. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
