Are the prices fixed?
They are indicative ranges. We confirm the final price after reviewing location, property size, access, urgency and the exact work required.
Do you carry out gas, electrical or energy assessments?
We coordinate regulated work with appropriately qualified contractors. Contractor charges are separate unless a quote expressly includes them.
Can I book just one inspection or rent review?
Yes. One-off services do not require you to take a management package.
Can you help me sell or let the property?
Yes. The existing sell, let and partnership enquiry remains available through the Sell / Let page.
Is property sourcing changing?
No. Vestos Property's existing sourcing charges, engagement letter and investor process remain separate and unchanged.
