This website is operated by Proinvestos Ltd (trading as Vestos Property), a company registered in England & Wales with company number 15659553.
TP Property Services is a trade name of Toooc Property Management Limited, a separate legal entity providing property marketing, viewings, inspections and floor plans. Enquiries submitted through the TP Property Services pages are handled by Toooc Property Management Limited.
2. Purpose of the site
The site is an information and inquiry channel. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any investment. Any offer will be made under a separate offer document to persons who qualify under the exemptions in the Financial Promotion Order 2005.
Proinvestos Ltd has registered with HMRC for anti-money-laundering supervision under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, and registration is currently being completed by HMRC. The company applies full customer due diligence to every client. Client money is not held by Proinvestos Ltd; client funds are handled through a regulated solicitor's client account pending Client Money Protection.
